Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing to mquinn@iagr.org or brien@imgl.org per the below guidelines:

90+ days prior to conference - will receive full refund

60-90 days prior to conference - will receive 50% refund

30-60 days prior to conference - will receive 25% refund

Less than 30 days prior to conference - no refund will be issued
